Rather than absorbing odors, molecules bonded to the fibers chemically combine with odor-causing components from body odor and repeatedly break them down.
The decomposed components are washed away during laundering, while only the deodorizing molecules bonded to the fibers remain, allowing the deodorizing effect to last permanently.
